Acme United Corporation. is listed on AMEX (ACU). Acme United Corporation (together with its subsidiaries the Company) was organized as a partnership in l867 and incorporated in l882 under the laws of the State of Connecticut. The Companys operations are in the United States, Canada, Europe (sited in Germany) and Asia (sited in Hong Kong). The operations in the United States, Canada and Europe are primarily involved in product development, manufacturing, marketing, sales, administrative and distribution activities. The operation in Hong Kong is involved in sourcing, quality control and sales activities. Net sales in 2004 were the following: United States - $32.5 million, Canada - $6.0 million, Europe - $3.7 million and Hong Kong - $1.2 million. During the year ended December 31, 2002, the Company restructured its European operations, closing its facility in England and moving those operations to Germany.

Electronics Ltd. to our current name. Our wholly owned subsidiary, Technology 80 Inc. (doing business under the name ACS - Tech 80, Inc.) (Tech80). is located in Minneapolis, U.S.A. Tech80 manufactures motion control products that are complementary to our products, and markets our products in North America. See Technology 80, Inc. below. In March 2001 we opened a sales office in the Netherlands, through a wholly owned subsidiary named ACS-Tech80 Europe B.V, for the promotion of our European presence and operations. In January 2005 the office in the Netherlands was closed.
