AHPC Holdings, Inc., formerly known as WRP Corporation, through our wholly owned subsidiary, American Health Products Corporation (AHPC), is a leading marketer of foodservice and medical examination gloves in the United States. Prior to April 30, 2004, we were also a manufacturer of disposable latex examination and food service gloves through a formerly 70% owned Indonesian manufacturing facility, PT WRP Buana Multicorpora (PT Buana), which we sold in April 2004. We were reincorporated in Maryland in December 1995 and have been involved in several business operations.
