Alamo Group Inc., including its direct and indirect subsidiaries (Alamo Group,), is a leading manufacturer of high quality right-of-way maintenance and agriculture equipment. As used herein and otherwise required by the context, the terms Alamo Group and the Company shall mean Alamo Group Inc. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries. The Companys products include tractormounted mowing and other vegetation maintenance equipment, street sweepers, agricultural implements and related after market parts and services. The Company believes it is one of a few vegetation maintenance equipment manufacturers offering a comprehensive product line that employs the three primary heavyduty cutting technologies: rotary; flail; and sicklebar as well as other cutting technologies.
