ADVENTRX Pharmaceuticals Inc. is listed on AMEX (ANX). In this report, the terms ADVENTRX, Company, we, us and our refer to ADVENTRX Pharmaceuticals, Inc. The term Common Stock refers to our Common Stock, par value $0.001 per share. Business Development We organized as a corporation under the Delaware General Corporation Law in December 1995. On May 30, 2003, we merged our wholly owned subsidiary, Biokeys, Inc., into itself and changed our name from Biokeys Pharmaceuticals, Inc. to ADVENTRX Pharmaceuticals, Inc. The merger had no effect on our financial statements. In July 2004, we formed a wholly owned subsidiary, ADVENTRX (Europe) Ltd., in the United Kingdom for the purpose of conducting clinical trials in the European Union.
