Bridge Capital Holdings is listed on NASDAQ (BBNK). On July 26, 2000 an Application to Obtain a National Banking Charter and Federal Deposit Insurance was filed with the Comptroller of the Currency (the Comptroller) and with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the FDIC). The Comptroller approved the Application on November 17, 2000 and the FDIC approved the Banks Application for Federal Deposit Insurance. On December 6, 2000, the Banks Articles of Association and Organizers Certificate were adopted by the Banks organizers, which established the Banks corporate existence. There are no predecessors to the Bank. The Bank commenced operations on May 14, 2001. The Bank engages in general commercial banking business, and accepts checking and savings deposits, makes commercial, real estate, auto and other installment and term loans, and provides other customary banking services.
