Acquisitions and Divestitures In December 2004, the Company committed to a plan to sell its Oncology Therapeutics Network (OTN) business and entered into a definitive agreement with One Equity Partners LLC. OTN is a leading specialty distributor of pharmaceutical products to office-based oncologists in the United States.
