Bruker BioSciences Corporation is listed on NASDAQ (BRKR). We design and market products to address the rapidly evolving needs of the life science industry, and we are the publicly traded parent company of both Bruker Daltonics Inc. and Bruker AXS Inc. Bruker Daltonics is a leading developer and provider of innovative life science tools based on mass spectrometry, which includes a broad range of field analytical systems for nuclear, biological and chemical (NBC) detection. Bruker AXS is a leading developer and provider of life science and advanced materials research tools based on X-ray technology. We were incorporated in Massachusetts as Bruker Federal Systems Corporation. In February 2000, we reincorporated in Delaware as Bruker Daltonics Inc. In July 2003, we merged with Bruker AXS Inc., a company under common control, and we were the surviving corporation in that merger.

BRUNSWICK BANCORP is listed on AMEX (BRB). Brunswick Bancorp (BB, Registrant or Company) is a bank holding company registered under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended (the Bank Holding Company Act). BB was organized under the laws of New Jersey in 1984 by Brunswick Bank and Trust Company for the purpose of creating a holding company for the Bank. Effective January 16, 1986, BB acquired all the outstanding shares of the Bank. The Bank was incorporated as a state-chartered New Jersey bank in 1970 under the name of Bank of Manalapan. That entity merged with New Brunswick Trust Company in 1977, forming Brunswick Bank and Trust Company. The Bank in 2002 created a wholly owned subsidiary to manage the Banks investment portfolio. BTB Investment Corp. Inc. now manages the Banks investments. The Bank maintains its head office and 6 branches in Monmouth and Middlesex Counties, New Jersey.
