CardioDynamics International Corporation (CardioDynamics) is the innovator and market leader of an important medical technology called Impedance Cardiography (ICG). We develop, manufacture and market noninvasive ICG diagnostic and monitoring technologies and electrocardiograph (ECG) electrode sensors. Our proprietary and patented ICG technology noninvasively monitors the heart’s ability to deliver blood to the body. Our systems provide 12 hemodynamic (blood flow) parameters, the most significant of which is cardiac output, or the amount of blood pumped by the heart each minute.
