Catalyst Semiconductor Inc. is listed on NASDAQ (CATS). We design, develop and market a broad line of reprogrammable non-volatile memory products and analog-mixed-signal products. Our products are used by manufacturers of electronic products in a wide range of consumer, computing, communications, industrial and automotive applications. We focus on high volume markets for our cost effective, high quality products. We have been a committed long-term supplier of memory products for the past two decades even through periods of tight manufacturing capacity and cyclical market downturns. We are leveraging our extensive experience in high volume, reprogrammable memory products to develop complementary analog-mixed-signal products that offer our customers a more complete system solution. We supply semiconductor products in high volumes to our diverse customer base of more than 4,000 customers and shipped approximately 95 million units on average in each of the last four fiscal quarters.
