Capitol Federal Financial is listed on NASDAQ (CFFN). The Company is a federally chartered mid-tier mutual holding company incorporated in March 1999. The Bank is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, which is majority owned by Capitol Federal Savings Bank MHC (MHC), a federally chartered mutual holding company. The Companys common stock is traded on the NASDAQ National Market under the symbol CFFN. The Bank is the only operating subsidiary of the Company. The Bank is a federally-chartered and insured savings bank headquartered in Topeka, Kansas and is examined and regulated by the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), its primary regulator. It is also regulated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
