(Company or Cohesant) is engaged in the design, development, manufacture and sale of specialized two component dispense equipment systems and replacement parts used in the operation of this equipment and specialty two component epoxy coating and grout products. The Companys dispense equipment systems are designed specifically for use with multiple component formulations such as fiberglass reinforced plastics, polyurethanes, and polyureas and epoxies. These equipment systems are commonly employed in the construction, transportation and marine industries to apply insulation, protective coating, sealant and anti-corrosive products and to create packaging and to fill molds for diverse products such as recreational boat hulls and construction products. The Company also maintains an extensive inventory of replacement parts. The Company manufactures the Raven and AquataPoxy lines of epoxy coating and grout products.
