Cohu Inc. is listed on NASDAQ (COHU). Cohu, Inc. (we, Cohu) was incorporated under the laws of California in 1947, as Kalbfell Lab, Inc. and commenced active operations in the same year. Its name was changed to Kay Lab in 1954. In 1957, Cohu was reincorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware as Cohu Electronics, Inc. and in 1972, its name was changed to Cohu, Inc. We have four reportable segments as defined by Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) Statement of Financial Accounting Standards ( SFAS) No. 131, Disclosures about Segments of an Enterprise and Related Information. Our four segments are: semiconductor equipment; television cameras; metal detection; and microwave communications. The semiconductor equipment segment, operated under Cohu's wholly owned subsidiary Delta Design, Inc. (Delta), designs, manufactures and sells semiconductor test handling equipment to semiconductor manufacturers and semiconductor test subcontractors throughout the world.
