Its principal businesses are the development of household and tool products, and corporate and investment activities. In 2002, the Company was also in the distribution of automobile parts in the automotive after market. Consulier conducted its automobile parts distribution business through a wholly owned subsidiary, Southeast Automotive Acquisition Corporation (Southeast), which is based in Miami, Florida. Effective December 31, 2002, Consulier sold 70% of its interest in Southeast to Southeasts executive officers. In the 2nd Quarter of 2003, the Company sold its remaining interest in Southeast to Southeasts executive officers. Consuliers corporate office is located in Riviera Beach, Florida.
