Central Valley Community Bancorp

Central Valley Community Bancorp is listed on NASDAQ (CVCY). Central Valley Community Bancorp was incorporated on February 7, 2000 as a California corporation, for the purpose of becoming the holding company for Central Valley Community Bank, formerly known as Clovis Community Bank, a California state chartered bank, through a corporate reorganization. In the reorganization, the Bank became the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and the shareholders of the Bank became the shareholders of the Company. The Company is registered as a bank holding company under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended (the BHC Act), and is subject to supervision and regulation by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (the Board of Governors). At December 31, 2004, the Company had one banking subsidiary, the Bank. The Company's principal business is to provide, through its banking subsidiary, financial services in its primary market area in California.
