Developers Diversified Realty Corporation is listed on NYSE (DDR). Developers Diversified Realty Corporation, an Ohio Corporation (DDR), a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust (a REIT), is in the business of acquiring, developing, redeveloping, owning, leasing and managing shopping centers and business centers. Unless otherwise provided, references herein to the Company or DDR includes Developers Diversified Realty Corporation, its wholly-owned and majority-owned subsidiaries and its joint ventures. From January 1, 2000 to February 28, 2005, the Company and its joint ventures have acquired 273 shopping center properties.
