DHCM is the investment adviser to the Diamond Hill Funds, a series of open-end mutual funds, Diamond Hill Investment Partners, L.P. (DHIP), a private investment partnership, and also offers advisory services to institutional and individual investors. The Company operates primarily as a holding company with investment advisory services provided by DHCM. The Company maintains an investment portfolio, composed of Diamond Hill Funds and DHIP, which are managed by DHCM. References to the Company also include references to DHCM.
