Dominion Resources Black Warrior Trust is listed on NYSE (DOM). The following is a glossary of certain defined terms used in this Annual Report on Form 10-K. Administrative Services Agreement means the Administrative Services Agreement dated as of June 28, 1994, between Dominion Resources and the Trust, a copy of which is filed as an exhibit to this Form 10-K. Bcf means billion cubic feet of natural gas. Btu means British Thermal Unit, the common unit of gross heating value measurement for natural gas. Code means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Company means Dominion Black Warrior Basin, Inc., an Alabama corporation and a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Dominion Resources. Company Interests means the Company's interest in the Underlying Properties, as of June 1, 1994, not burdened by the Royalty Interests.
