These services are provided throughout the United States and include engineering, construction, maintenance and installation services to telecommunications providers, underground locating services to various utilities including telecommunications providers, and other construction and maintenance services to electric utilities and others. For the fiscal year ended July 30, 2005, specialty contracting services related to the telecommunications industry, underground utility locating, and electric and other construction and maintenance to electric utilities and others contributed approximately 74.3%, 21.6%, and 4.1%, respectively, to our total revenues. We have established relationships with many leading telephone companies, cable television multiple system operators, a direct broadcast satellite operator, and electric utilities including Verizon Communications Inc.
