HearUSA Inc. is listed on AMEX (EAR). HearUSA, Inc. (HearUSA) has a network of 154 company-owned hearing care centers (the centers) in 11 states and the Province of Ontario, Canada. The Company also sponsors approximately 1,400 credentialed audiology providers (the network providers or the network) that participate in selected hearing benefit programs contracted by the Company with employer groups, health insurers and benefit sponsors in 49 states. The centers and the network providers provide audiological products and services for the hearing impaired. HearUSA seeks to increase market share and market penetration in its center and network markets. HearUSA will also look for acquisitions in markets where its existing centers are located.
