We develop, manufacture and distribute a comprehensive range of high quality orthopedic devices, including surgical implants, sports medicine equipment and products for orthopedic rehabilitation, pain management and physical therapy. We believe that with our acquisition of Empi, Inc. (Empi) in October 2004, we created the first orthopedic products company that provides a comprehensive continuum of products for the needs of orthopedic surgical and rehabilitation patients.
