Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is listed on NYSE (EPD). We are a leading North American midstream energy company providing a wide range of services to producers and consumers of natural gas, natural gas liquids or NGLs, and crude oil, and we are an industry leader in the development of midstream infrastructure in the deepwater trend of the Gulf of Mexico. We have the only integrated North American midstream network that includes natural gas gathering, processing, transportation and storage; NGL fractionation (or separation), transportation, storage and import and export terminaling; and crude oil transportation and offshore production platform services. Our midstream network links producers of natural gas, NGLs and crude oil from the largest supply basins in the United States, Canada and the Gulf of Mexico with the largest consumers and international markets. On September 30, 2004, we completed the GulfTerra Merger and related transactions.
