The operations of the Company are conducted through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Epoch Investment Partners, Inc. (EIP). EIP is a registered investment advisor under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (the Investment Advisers Act). The Company uses a fiscal year which ends on June 30th. References to FY 2005 and FY 2004 in this document refer the fiscal years ended June 30, 2005 and June 30, 2004, respectively.
