Since our inception in 1984, we have grown into a diversified company offering an extensive line of fashion watches sold under our proprietary and licensed brands. We also offer complementary lines of small leather goods, belts, handbags, sunglasses, jewelry and apparel. We leverage our centralized design-development and production-sourcing expertise by distributing these products through our global distribution network. Domestically, we sell our products in retail locations in the United States through a diversified distribution network that includes department store doors and specialty retail locations.
