Reddy Ice Holdings Inc. is listed on NYSE (FRZ). We are the largest manufacturer and distributor of packaged ice in the United States, serving approximately 82,000 customer locations in 31 states and the District of Columbia under the Reddy Ice brand name. We believe our sales are more than three times those of any other packaged ice supplier in the United States. Our principal product is ice packaged in seven to fifty pound bags, which we sell to a highly diversified customer base, including supermarkets, mass merchants and convenience stores. In 2004, we sold the equivalent of over 484 million seven-pound bags of ice. Our products are primarily sold throughout the southern United States (the Sun Belt), one of the most attractive regions in the country for packaged ice sales due to warm weather, extended peak selling seasons and favorable population growth patterns.
