FMC Technologies Inc. is listed on NYSE (FTI). We provide mission-critical solutions, based on innovative, industry-leading technologies, for the energy, food processing, and air transportation industries. We design, manufacture and service sophisticated machinery and systems for our customers through four business segments: Energy Production Systems, Energy Processing Systems, FoodTech and Airport Systems. Financial information about our business segments is incorporated herein by reference from Note 20 to our consolidated financial statements included in Item 8 of this Form 10-K. We were incorporated in November 2000 under Delaware law and were a wholly owned subsidiary of FMC Corporation until our initial public offering in June 2001, when 17% of our common stock was sold to the public. On December 31, 2001, FMC Corporation distributed its remaining 83% ownership of our stock to FMC Corporation's stockholders in the form of a dividend.

FMS Financial Corporation, a New Jersey corporation, headquartered in Burlington, New Jersey, is the holding company for Farmers and Mechanics Bank. The Corporation conducts no significant business or operations of its own other than holding all of the outstanding common stock of the Bank. As a result, references to the Corporation or Registrant generally refers to the consolidated entity which includes the main operating company, the Bank, unless the context indicates otherwise. The Registrant principally operates through its forty-one banking offices located in Burlington, Camden and Mercer Counties, New Jersey. The Registrant is primarily engaged in the business of attracting deposits from the general public and originating loans which are secured by residential real estate. To a lesser extent, the Registrant also originates consumer, commercial business loans and construction loans and invests in U.S.
