Goodrich Petroleum Corporation and subsidiaries (Goodrich) is an independent oil and gas company engaged in the exploration, exploitation, development and production of oil and natural gas properties in the transition zone of south Louisiana and in north Louisiana, the Gulf Coast of Texas and east Texas. The Company owns working and overriding royalty interests in 132 active oil and gas wells located in 27 fields in five states. At December 31, 2001, Goodrich had estimated proved reserves of approximately 8,750,000 barrels of oil and condensate and 34.0 Bcf of natural gas, or an aggregate of 86.5 Bcfe with a pre-tax present value of future net revenues, discounted at 10%, of $78.9 million and an after-tax Standardized Measure value of $73.1 million. The Companys principal executive offices are located at 815 Walker, Suite 1040 Houston, Texas 77002. The Company also has offices in Shreveport, Louisiana.
