We originally incorporated under the laws of the State of Utah on August 11, 1983 under the name Communitra Energy, Inc. On July 16, 1985, we amended our articles of incorporation to change our name to Seafoods Plus, Ltd. We did not engage in any substantive business activity from approximately 1988 to June 18, 1998. On June 18, 1998, we acquired Cadapult Graphic Systems Inc., a privately-held New Jersey corporation formed on May 1, 1987 engaged in the business of providing of computer graphics systems, peripherals, supplies and services to visual communicators and graphics professionals, in a transaction viewed as a reverse acquisition. On August 14, 1998, we reincorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware as Cadapult Graphic Systems, Inc. On August 11, 1999, we formed Media Sciences, Inc.
