Global Payments Inc. is listed on NYSE (GPN). In fiscal 2005, revenue increased $155.0 million or 24.6% to $784.3 million from $629.3 million in fiscal 2004. We attribute this revenue growth primarily to increases from our direct merchant services and consumer-to-consumer money transfer offerings, and acquisitions closed late in fiscal 2004. Operating income was $160.1 million for fiscal 2005, compared to $112.9 million for fiscal 2004, which resulted in an increase in operating margin to 20.4% for fiscal 2005 from 17.9% for fiscal 2004. Net income increased $30.5 million, or 48.8%, to $92.9 million in fiscal 2005 from $62.4 million in the prior year, resulting in a $0.73 increase in diluted earnings per share to $2.33 in fiscal 2005 from $1.60 in fiscal 2004. The operating income amounts reflect restructuring and other charges of $3.7 million, or $0.06 per diluted share, and $9.6 million, or $0.16 per diluted share, in fiscal 2005 and fiscal 2004, respectively. Restructuring and other charges represented 0.
