Hanmi Financial Corporation (Hanmi Financial) is a Delaware corporation incorporated on March 14, 2000 pursuant to a Plan of Reorganization and Agreement of Merger to be the holding company for Hanmi Bank. The Company became the holding company for the Bank in June 2000 and is subject to the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended. The principal office of Hanmi Financial is located at 3660 Wilshire Boulevard, Penthouse Suite A, Los Angeles, California 90010, and its telephone number is (213) 382-2200. Hanmi Bank, the primary subsidiary of the Company, was incorporated under the laws of the State of California on August 24, 1981 and was licensed by the California Department of Financial Institutions on December 15, 1982. Hanmi Bank's deposit accounts are insured under the Federal Deposit Insurance Act up to applicable limits thereof, and the Bank is a member of the Federal Reserve System.
