We sell and rent this equipment and provide complete operation and maintenance services, including run-time guarantees, for both customer-owned equipment and our fleet of rental equipment. Hanover was founded as a Delaware corporation in 1990, and has been a public company since 1997. Our customers include both major and independent oil and gas producers and distributors as well as national oil and gas companies in the countries in which we operate.
