Helen of Troy Limited is a global designer, developer, importer and distributor of an expanding portfolio of brand-name consumer products. We have two active segments: Personal Care and Housewares. The Personal Care segment's products include hair dryers, straighteners, curling irons, hairsetters, mirrors, hot air brushes, home hair clippers, paraffin baths, massage cushions, footbaths, body massagers, brushes, combs, hair accessories, liquid hair styling products, body powder and skin care products. The Housewares segment is new this year and reports the operations of OXO International (OXO) which we acquired on June 1, 2004, as further discussed in Notes (4), (5), (6) and (16) to our consolidated financial statements.
