Healthcare Realty Trust Incorporated is listed on NYSE (HR). Healthcare Realty Trust Incorporated (Healthcare Realty) was incorporated in Maryland in 1993 and is a self-managed and self-administered real estate investment trust (REIT) that integrates owning, acquiring, managing and developing income-producing real estate properties and mortgages associated with the delivery of healthcare services throughout the United States. The Company acquires existing healthcare facilities and provides property management, leasing and construction projects for qualified healthcare operators. As of September 30, 2005, the Company had investments of approximately $1.9 billion in 246 income-producing real estate properties and mortgages associated with the delivery of healthcare services throughout the United States. At September 30, 2005, the Company’s owned real estate portfolio contained approximately 12.5 million square feet and was comprised of six major facility types located in 27 states.

Additionally, we operate two wholly-owned subsidiaries. HCSG Supply, Inc. purchases, warehouses and distributes the supplies and equipment used in providing our Housekeeping segment services. Huntingdon Holdings, Inc. invests our cash and cash equivalents.
