Heartland has eight bank subsidiaries in the states of Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, New Mexico, Arizona, and Montana, collectively, the Bank Subsidiaries). All eight Bank Subsidiaries are members of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). The Bank Subsidiaries listed below operate 47 banking locations. * Dubuque Bank and Trust Company, Dubuque, Iowa, is chartered under the laws of the State of Iowa. Dubuque Bank and Trust Company has two wholly-owned subsidiaries: DB&T Insurance, Inc., a multi-line insurance agency and DB&T Community Development Corp., a partner in low-income housing and historic rehabilitation projects.
