Hexcel Corporation and its subsidiaries (herein referred to as Hexcel), is a leading developer and manufacturer of advanced structural materials. The Company develops, manufactures, and markets lightweight, high-performance reinforcement products, composite materials and composite structures for use in the commercial aerospace, industrial, space and defense, and electronics markets. The Company's products are used in a wide variety of end products, such as commercial and military aircraft, space launch vehicles and satellites, soft body armor, wind turbine blades, printed wiring boards, high-speed trains and ferries, cars and trucks, window blinds, bikes, skis and a wide variety of other recreational equipment.
