IA Global Inc. is listed on AMEX (IAO). We were incorporated in Delaware on November 12, 1998 under the name foreignTV.com, Inc. In December 1999, we changed our name to Medium4.com, Inc. On January 3, 2003, we changed our name to IA Global, Inc. Our executive offices are located at 533 Airport Blvd. Suite 400 Burlingame, CA 94010, but our operations are located primarily in Japan. We have incurred net losses from continuing operations of $1.4 million, $2.1 million and $1.5 million for the years ended December 31, 2004, 2003 and 2002, respectively. We had revenues of $31.6 million, $1.1 million and $.4 million for the years ended December 31, 2004, 2003 and 2002, respectively. Our losses have been financed primarily by the sale of equity in our company, by loans from related parties, and through the issuance of equity for services.
