International Bancshares Corporation

International Bancshares Corporation is listed on NASDAQ (IBOC). The Company is a financial holding company with its principal corporate offices in Laredo, Texas. Four bank subsidiaries provide commercial and retail banking services through more than 160 main banking and branch facilities located in more than 70 communities in South, Central and Southeast Texas and the State of Oklahoma. The Company was originally incorporated under the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware in 1979. Effective June 7, 1995, the Companys state of incorporation was changed from Delaware to Texas. The Company was organized for the purpose of operating as a bank holding company within the meaning of the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended (the BHCA), and as such, is subject to supervision and regulation by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (the FRB).
