Integrated BioPharma, Inc., a Delaware corporation (together with its subsidiaries) is engaged primarily in manufacturing, distribution, marketing and sales of vitamins, nutritional supplements and herbal products, including vitamins sold as single entity supplements, in multi-vitamin combinations and in varying potency levels and in different packaging sizes. The Company was previously known as Integrated Health Technologies, Inc. and, prior to that, as Chem International, Inc. The Company was reincorporated in its current form in Delaware in 1995. Effective for the first quarter of Fiscal 2006 the registrant will no longer be a small business filer. The Companys subsidiary, InB:Manhattan Drug Company, Inc. (Manhattan Drug), manufactures the vitamins and nutritional supplements for sale to distributors, multilevel marketers and specialized health-care providers.
