The IntegraMed Network is comprised of twenty-five fertility centers in major markets across the United States, pharmaceutical products and services, patient financing products and services, the Council of Physicians and Scientists, and a leading fertility portal (www.integramed.com). Seventeen Affiliate fertility centers purchase discrete service packages provided by the Company and seven fertility centers (eight as of January 1, 2005) have access to the entire portfolio of products and services under the comprehensive FertilityPartners(TM) program. All twenty-five fertility centers have access to the Companys consumer services, principally pharmaceutical products and patient financing products and services.
