Jinpan International Limited is listed on AMEX (JST). AND DEVELOPMENT - Jinpan International Limited was incorporated as an International Business Company under the laws of the British Virgin Islands on April 3, 1997. We own 85% of Hainan Jinpan Special Transformer Works which was renamed Hainan Jinpan Electric Company Ltd. on October 9,2004. Our principal executive offices are located at c-o Hainan Jinpan Electric Corporation Ltd., No. 100 Nanhai Avenue, Jinpan Development Area, Haikou, Hainan China. Hainan Jinpan was established in June 1997 as a Sino-foreign cooperative joint venture between Haikou Jinpan and Jinpan International. It is located in the Hainan Province in southern China and is principally involved in the design, manufacture and sale of cast resin transformers.
