Landauer Inc. is listed on NYSE (LDR). Landauer, Inc. is a Delaware corporation organized on December 22, 1987 to carry on the radiation monitoring business previously established by Tech-Ops, Inc. (Tech-Ops). On February 6, 1991, the Company changed its name from Tech-Ops Landauer, Inc. to Landauer, Inc. As used herein, the Company or Landauer refers to Landauer, Inc. and its subsidiaries. The Companys shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol LDR. As of September 30, 2005, there were 9,029,793 shares outstanding. Substantially all of the Companys revenues are realized from radiation monitoring services and other services incidental to radiation dose measurement. The Company enters into agreements with customers to provide them with radiation monitoring services, generally for a twelve- month period, and such agreements have a high degree of renewal.
