(Lindsay) is a leading designer and manufacturer of self-propelled center pivot and lateral move irrigation systems which are used principally in the agricultural industry to increase or stabilize crop production while conserving water, energy, and labor. The Company has been in continuous operation since 1955, making it one of the pioneers in the automated irrigation industry. The Company markets its standard size center pivot and lateral move irrigation systems domestically and internationally under its Zimmatic brand. The Company also manufactures and markets separate lines of center pivot and lateral move irrigation equipment for use on smaller fields under its Greenfield and Stettyn brands, and hose reel travelers under the Perrot brand (Greenfield in the United States).
