MOLINA HEALTHCARE INC

MOLINA HEALTHCARE INC is listed on NYSE (MOH). We are a multi-state managed care organization that arranges for the delivery of health care services to persons eligible to receive health care benefits through government-sponsored programs for low-income families and individuals, such as Medicaid and the State Children's Health Insurance Program. We currently have health plans in California, Washington, Michigan, Utah, New Mexico, and Indiana that are administered by our HMO-licensed subsidiaries operating in these states. We also operate 21 company-owned primary care clinics in California that are staffed by physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners.
