(NB&T Financial), an Ohio corporation, is a bank holding company which owns all of the issued and outstanding common shares of The National Bank and Trust Company, chartered under the laws of the United States. The Bank is engaged in the commercial banking business in southwestern Ohio, providing a variety of consumer and commercial financial services. The primary business of the Bank consists of accepting deposits, through various consumer and commercial deposit products, and using such deposits to fund consumer loans, including automobile loans, loans secured by residential and non-residential real estate, and commercial and agricultural loans. All of the foregoing deposit and lending services are available at each of the Bank's full-service offices. The Bank has also installed cash dispensers in convenience stores in three states as of the end of 2004.
