NGAS Resources, Inc. is an independent energy company focused on natural gas development and production in the Appalachian Basin, primarily in eastern Kentucky. Through our operating subsidiary, Daugherty Petroleum, Inc. (DPI), and DPIs interests in sponsored drilling partnerships (the Drilling Programs), we actively acquire and develop natural gas interests in our core operating areas. Directly and through its wholly owned subsidiaries, DPI also constructs and maintains gas gathering systems for our wells, operates natural gas distribution facilities for two communities in Kentucky, operates a gas gathering system connecting major natural gas supply basins, coordinates our private placement financings and owns inactive gold and silver prospects in Alaska. Our principal and administrative offices are located at 120 Prosperous Place, Suite 201, Lexington, Kentucky 40509.
