Northern Technologies International Corporation

Northern Technologies International Corporation is listed on AMEX (NTI). Northern Instruments, Inc., a predecessor to Northern Technologies International Corporation, was incorporated in the State of Minnesota on August 4, 1970. In 1976, Northern Instruments, Inc. changed its name to Northern Instruments Corporation. In 1978, Northern Instruments Corporation reincorporated into the State of Delaware by merging into Northern Instruments Corporation, a newly formed Delaware corporation. In 1993, Northern Instruments Corporation changed its corporate name by merging into a wholly owned subsidiary, Northern Technologies International Corporation. On January 1, 2000, the Company organized a wholly owned subsidiary, NTI Facilities, Inc. The operating results and assets of NTI Facilities, Inc. are included in the consolidated financial statements of the Company. On September 30, 2003, the Company invested in React-NTI LLC.
