(NTS) is a diversified services company that supplies technical services and solutions to a variety of industries including aerospace, defense, transportation, electronics, power, computers and telecommunications. NTS, utilizing its various testing facilities, staffing solutions and certification services, helps its customers sell their products in world markets. NTS is accredited by numerous national and international technical organizations which allow the Company to have its test data accepted in most countries. NTS operates in two segments: Engineering and Evaluation and Technical Solutions. The business of the Company is conducted by a number of operating units, each with its own organization. The management of each operating unit has responsibility for its operations and for achieving sales and profit goals.
