We commenced operations in October 1993 to design, develop and produce integrated process control systems for use in the manufacture of semiconductors, also known as integrated circuits or chips. In October 1995, we began manufacturing and marketing systems for chemical mechanical polishing processes. We have since expanded our product offering to include systems designed for chemical vapor deposition, lithography and etch, and are continuing to develop new products and additional applications for our current products.
