History and Development of OTE Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A., known as OTE or OTE SA, was incorporated as a socit anonyme in Athens, Greece, under the laws of the Hellenic Republic in 1949, pursuant to the provisions of Legislative Decree 1049-1949. We are now operating as a socit anonyme subject to the provisions of Greek Law 2190-1920 (the Greek Companies Law), Law 3016-2002 as amended and supplemented by Law 3091-2002 and Law 2733-1999. Our registered office is located at 99 Kifissias Avenue, Amaroussion 15181, Athens, Greece. Our telephone number is +30210 6111574. The Greek State owned 34.6% of our share capital as of May 31, 2005.
