Peak International Limited is listed on NASDAQ (PEAK). We are a leading supplier of precision engineered packaging products for the storage, transportation and automated handling of semiconductor devices and other electronic components. Our products are designed to interface with automated handling equipment used in the production and testing of semiconductor and electronic products. Our customers include semiconductor companies such as Texas Instruments, ST Microelectronics, Philips and Freescale (a spin off of the semiconductor assets of Motorola), disk drive manufacturers such as Seagate as well as subcontract assembly and test companies such as ASAT, STATS ChipPAC, Siliconware Precision Industries Co. Ltd ('SPIL), Amkor and ASE. Our products are designed to ensure that semiconductor devices and electronic components, which are often delicate and may have significant value, are protected from mechanical and electrical damage during storage, transportation and automated handling.

The Corporation was organized under the laws of New Jersey in August, 1997, by the Board of Directors of Peapack-Gladstone Bank, its principal subsidiary, to become a holding company for the Bank. The Bank is a state chartered commercial bank founded in 1921 under the laws of the State of New Jersey. Deposits of the Bank are insured for up to $100,000 per depositor by the Bank Insurance Fund administered by the FDIC. The Bank is a member of the Federal Reserve System. The Bank offers financial services through 18 full-service banking offices, and one mini-branch.
