We conduct our business principally through our wholly-owned subsidiary, PFF Bank & Trust, an institution with $3.85 billion in assets, and 29 full service banking branch offices located throughout Southern California. Additionally, our business includes Glencrest Investment Advisors, Inc. (Glencrest), a registered investment advisor (RIA). Glencrest provides wealth management and advisory services to high net worth individuals and businesses. In addition, our business includes Diversified Builder Services, Inc. (DBS) a provider of financing and consulting services to home builders and land developers.

In accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in the U.S. (GAAP), we restated all consolidated financial statements of Pfizer for periods prior to the acquisition to include the results of operations and financial position of Warner-Lambert as if we had always been merged. We acquired Pharmacia Corporation (Pharmacia) on April 16, 2003. The acquisition was accounted for as a purchase.
